Climate: mediterranean, with fine winters and dry summers.
Grape harvest: manual in August.
Yield per hectare of grapes: 80 – 90 quintals.
Vinification: soft pressing and folding whose musts fermentation is under monitored temperature.
Froth: Charmat 50 days long.
- Colour – yellow lightly green.
- Perlage of light, several and persistent bubblies.
- Fresh taste combined with citrus fruits sensations and little crust bread.
Alcoholic degree: 11,5% in vol.
pairing gourmet:excellent as aperitif, it is well combined with appetizers, starters, raw sea food and second plates of fish.
