- Type: grappa made from grapes grown for wine “Paternum” red IGT Calabria.
- Degree of alcohol: 40% vol.
- Grapevine: Magliocco.
- Production area: Calabria region, in the province of Crotone, Carfizzi resot “Motta”.
- Soil: ground white clay.
- Altitude: from 200 meters to 300 meters above sea level.
- Climate: Mediterranean climate with mild winters and hot, dry summer.
- Refining: twelve months aging in French barriques.
- Aging: obtained by distillation of grape pomace fresh Magliocco, distilled in hot water bath “bagnomaria” with a traditional copper pot still.
- Sensory features: Scent: French perfume timber produces an intense aroma of vanilla and toasted almonds and an elegant color Amber. Taste: full-bodied flavor, lingering, sweet, smooth and harmonious with an aroma that recalls the character of the grape Magliocco.
- Serving temperature: can be enjoyed at room temperature, if possible in the glasses type ballon.
